WELLNESS | $25 PRE// $30 DOS | ALL AGES+SKILL LEVELS | Are you interested in somatics, but not sure where to start? BODY PRACTICE is a monthly community space to come together and practice being in a body. Each two hour workshop is led by hannah rubin (they/them) of slow body somatics, and is grounded in body-based learning and guided somatic practices that support nervous system health, relational connection, and feeling our bodies in present time. Together we will practice therapeutic body-centered approaches to healing and body-mind-spirit connection. All bodies, genders, levels, and ages are welcome! Bring friends! Please wear comfortable clothes and bring any extra layers that might support you in being warm and cozy. Bring your own yoga mat.
